48 Hour Cancellation Policy

She Loves Hair, LLC has a 48 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If an appointment is missed, cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice, Less Than 24 hour notice will result in a charged equal to 50 % of the reserved service amount.

“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. She Loves Hair realizes that there are many things that come up in people’s day to day lives. While truly sympathetic, we cannot absorb the financial responsibility of last minute cancellations. In fairness to all clients, this policy is in effect regardless of the reason for the cancellation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation
